Women’s Martial Arts

Hello Ladies! Ready to feel powerful?

Join my course and learn how to neutralize a physical attack using a strong stance, efficient body alignment, and decisive movement.

I’m a 5’3”, fourth-degree black belt and I’ve spent the past 20 years throwing, pinning, and controlling attackers twice my size — and I love teaching other women how to do the same.

What you’ll gain:

  • Self-defense through leverage and core-driven movements

  • Confidence through controls of common grabs

  • Unshakable Balance through a solid stance and body alignment

Safety begins with awareness and ends with action. Let’s build the skills — and the confidence — to protect yourself.

Sign up today and make safety your strength.

Age 14+. Minors must be enrolled by a parent/legal guardian.
